Working alongside a Doyle’s Guide-recognised Partner, you will focus on a diverse and intellectually stimulating mix of public and product liability matters . In this role, you will: Represent major insurers in defending complex liability claims Advise on liability and quantum issues, policy coverage, dual insurance and indemnity disputes Work across a wide range of industries including construction, sport, retail, hospitality, and entertainment Manage a mix of litigated and advisory work with autonomy and partner support Engage in client contact and file strategy from an early stage Join a close-knit team with access to career development, training and mentorship Key Requirements: 3–5 years post-admission experience in insurance litigation (defendant experience preferred) Strong knowledge of public liability, product liability and indemnity issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong drafting and legal technical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Sound judgement, time management and organisational skills Committed to delivering excellent client service Interested in this position?
